pH data was collected in experimental mesocoms (located at the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology) with two Honeywell Durafet pH sensors. The four files are named after different dates of collection and include data for day and night sampling. Each sheet includes data for position, time, sensor voltage and pH. Any data label with "move" coordinates with the moving sensor. Any data label with "stat" coordinates with the stationary sensor. The difference between these the stationary and moving pH was utilized to evaluate the spatial variability of pH in experimental mesocosms.
