Description

The experimental area is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. This paper selects a point at 121.11° east longitude and 30.29° north latitude as the prediction target point P0. With P0 as the center, a circular sampling area with a radius of 14 km is established. 25 observation points are evenly sampled along the circumference, forming a total of 26 data collection points together with P0. The task is to predict the solar radiation at P0. The experimental data in this paper comes from the National Solar Radiation Database (NSRDB). Data is collected with an hourly sampling interval, including solar irradiance, solar zenith angle, and relative humidity. According to traditional Chinese solar terms, the data is divided into four seasonal datasets: Spring (March 20 - June 20, 2020), Summer (June 21 - September 21, 2020), Autumn (September 22 - December 20, 2020), and Winter (December 22, 2019 - March 19, 2020).
