Description

Predictive distributional modeling of H.contortus based on climatic variables. The distribution of H.contortus outbreaks were sourced from larval cultures submitted to diagnostic laboratories throughout 2014-5. These were used to validate the model. The probability of the habitat being suitable is based on 19 long-term average bioclimatic variables that were downloaded from www.worldclim.org (Hijmans et al., 2005).
