To generalize our findings, we questioned experts about the efficiency of the obtained technologies in suggested scopes and extracted their perspectives. It helps us to explore the efficiency of technologies from the perspective of a wide range of experts. Therefore, the experts were asked to rank the efficiency of technologies from “most agree” to “most disagree". As a result, a seven-point scale from −3 to +3 was used. Afterward, we clustered experts' viewpoints. In determining which sets of people should be clustered together, the sorts were factored by rotating the matrix. Assuming there are mental similarities among people, we used Direct Oblimin Method for the rotation, and after numerous rotations, a total of 5 factors were selected. Each factor involved at least six individuals with factor loading greater than 0.4, and the loading of at least 4 individuals was significant with p<0.05 or P<0.01. After selecting the Factors, the factor scores for each statement in a factor are calculated based on the weighted scores and the ranks given by each person, included in the factor, where the weight depends on the loading. The participants of each factor and the allocated scores were presented in the dataset uploaded.
