Description

The original data on the static water contact angle, antifungal and strawberry and sweet cherry preservation effects of ZBEO/Film nanofiber films with different ZBEO concentrations (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%) are as follows. Fig 1 describes the water contact angle (WCA) of ZBEO/Film under different concentrations of ZBEO. The antifungal activity of ZBEO/Film against Botrytis cinerea, Aspergillus flavus, and Penicillium by vapor contacting during 7 successive days of culture is presented in Fig 2, Fig 3, and Fig 4. The fresh-keeping activity of ZBEO/Film on fresh strawberries during 10 days of storage is depicts in Fig 5 and Fig 6.
