Description

A total of seven types of data were compiled in this study: 16S rRNA.zip contains the original sequences of 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing of soil/rhizosphere samples; OTUs.xlsx is the OTU abundance matrix of each sample; Alpha diversity.xlsx provides α-diversity indicators such as Shannon, Chao1, and Simpson; Functional prediction.xlsx predicts the abundance of microbial functional pathways based on tools such as PICRUSt2; germination characteristics.xlsx records germination characteristics such as seed germination rate and average germination time; plant growth-promoting (PGP) traits.xlsx summarizes PGP traits such as strain IAA production, phosphorus solubility, and nitrogen fixation activity; seed growth-promoting capacity.xlsx evaluates the growth-promoting effect of PGP strains on seed and seedling biomass, root length, and hypocotyl length.
