Teacher identity _ Micropolitics

This is the dataset from my personal project, entitled "Navigating the Construction of Identity within the Micropolitical Context of School: Voices from Vietnamese Primary School EFL Teachers". The study investigated how Vietnamese primary English teachers construct their professional identity within the micropolitical context of their own schools. The data were collected using the semi-structured interview with six participants. The scripts are in Vietnamese. Notable findings include the different roles that English teachers in Vietnamese primary schools view themselves according to their power relations with other agents within their institution.
