Dataset of benthic and planktonic foraminifera since Mid-Pleistocene (MIS 7) from Campos basin slope, South Atlantic. This is tabular data and graphic images containing the core profile of GL-39 (12.8 m length, 22º 35’ 48.51” S and 39º 59’ 36.67” W, drilled at 1475 m water depth), data from the isotopic analysis, taphonomy, relative abundance from main species and shallow environments species, ecological indexes, Simper analysis results, comparison among Epistominella exigua, Globocassidulina crassa and hallow environments species, a summary of the data, and systematics of main species.
