Description
As a potent JAK inhibitor, VX-509 inhibits the maturation of dendritic cells and induces their transformation into tolerant dendritic cells. The adoptive transfer of VX-509 induced tolerogenic dendritic cells can reduce the severity of experimental autoimmune neuritis in mice and ameliorate the inflammatory cell infiltration and myelin sheath damage of the sciatic nerve. It can effectively reduce inflammation in the microenvironment of rodents.
