Description

Systemic deletion of Foxc1/2 at E13.5 developed ectopic epithelialization of NPs and anemia. The effects of Foxc1/2 deletion on Nephron progenitors and Stromal progenitors were investigated by single-cell RNA-seq. These data are Supplemental tables of an article entitled "Foxc1 and Foxc2 are indispensable to maintain nephron progenitors and stromal progenitors in the developing kidney".
