Description

The file contains the raw data used for the phylogenetic study of PCV2 genotypes in the years 2002-2017. The samples are numbered with an internal sample ID (samples that could be sequenced = PCV2 genotype_haplotype_ serial number_study year_ origin_Austrian Federal State; samples that could not be sequenced = serial number_study year_ origin_Austrian Federal State). Samples that could be sequenced have been submitted to NCBI PubMed and the respective accession numbers and sequences are listed. Additionally, organism, host, isolation source, collection date, locality, PCV2 genotype, and gene are listed.
