This archive contains raw APT data to reproduce the evaluation of austenite-cointaining specimen after partitioning at 400°C shown in Fig. 3. of "Partitioning of nitrogen and carbon in martensitic stainless Q&P steel explored by atom probe tomography" by O. Glushko et.al.
