Household survey among 627 Dutch household on motivations to reduce electricity consumption in response to three different ways of providing energy use feedback: physical units (kWh), monetary values (EUR) and environmental units (CO2 emissions equivalent to km driven by a car). Explanatory variables include sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents such as age, gender, household income and education as well as an adjusted version of the Schwartz value scale.
