Description

Data collection and analysis are critical to identifying and diagnosing issues in rolling-element bearings. While several large publicly available datasets are available for this purpose, the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology has developed a new rolling-element vibration dataset, collected primarily under controlled static load and motion conditions. This dataset adds a unique dimension to existing resources, providing researchers with accurate vibration information that can be combined with other datasets Using accelerometers, the dataset captures and provides accurate vibration signals. valuable insights into bearing health are gained The data can also reveal how bearings deteriorate under sustained loads, leading to accelerated bearing failure and valuable diagnostic devices. Ultimately, this data set provides high-quality, comprehensive information for identifying and diagnosing rolling element bearing problems, which has great implications for improving reliability and equipment maintenance.
