Enterprise Architecture Design For Credit Acquisition Process in Multi Finance Company
Description
In the multi finance business sector, the number of quality order submissions is very important to support the company's operational processes. The order source can be obtained from 2 types, customers from online submission and offline submission. This research takes examples on a multi finance company that has applied digital processes for order retrieval. However, there are still problems during the verification process, order distribution to branches that need long Service Level Agreement could take 30 days, and there are processes that are performed manually, potentially causing human errors and fraud. This research is done to design the Enterprise architecture using the TOGAF Framework. This study will also explain the analytical result from the business architecture phase, application architecture, and technology architecture phase with present conditions, expected changes, and gaps from each domain. Therefore, it can give development design illustrations that must be performed according to this Enterprise architecture design. The result from the research shows the need to perform change from the digital order retrieval business process side, well-integrated application development with other parties such as credit bureaus, population and civil registration agency, credit scoring. This Enterprise architecture design which is made to improve order retrieval digitally and non-digitally can be more effective and efficient.
