, Description
These data sets are generated during the detailed comparison between WT NRF2 and NRF2 carrying Ala instead of Ser at positions 374, 408 and 433. Special focus is hereby on NRF2 decay in cells without functional KEAP1, and on NRF2 interaction with AMPK or beta TrcP in cells with and without activated AMPK. Most of the data is published open access in doi: 10.3390/antiox12081586
