The file contains raw and processed data for the procedural blanks, Atacama meteorites, Atacama quartz and CRONUS standard reference materials. The excel sheet contains the formula and method to calculate number of 14C atoms in each sample and blanks. Blanks were given for separate runs, and mean blank was subtracted from 14C concentration of each meteorite and quartz samples.

Samples measurement procedure can be found in Tauseef et al., 2024, 2025. All 14C/12C measurement were performed using MICADAS-AMS system.
