The dataset includes the arterial blood gas analysis during cardiopulmonary bypass using RAIOMETER ABL800 FLEX. Heparinized syringes were used for blood collection. The oxygenator used is Medtronic® Affinity Fusion. pH management: alpha-stat. Age: 5-85 years The dataset includes the following: FIO2: fraction of oxygen (%) T: blood temperature (◦C) PO2: partial pressure of oxygen (mmHg) PCO2: partial pressure of carbon dioxide (mmHg) Hct: hematocrit (%) so2: Oxygen saturation (%) Glu: glucose (mg/dL) Lac: lactate (mmol/L) Crea: creatinine (mg/dL)
