Dataset for the electric capacitated traveling salesman problem

The data are used for the Electric Capacitated Travelling Salesman Problem (EC-TSP) as they are described in the article entitled Dataset for the electric capacitated traveling salesman problem. This dataset has been used for the assessment of e-cargo bikes versus typical delivery vans in terms of operational efficiency and CO2e emissions. The excel (.xlsx) files include 18 realistic datasets (9 datasets for goods’ delivery via vans and 9 datasets for e-cargo bikes deliveries) which reflect the distribution process of retail products. All the data regarding delivery demands, e-cargo capacities, travel and service times have been generated by using real-life data from a retail company that owns physical stores in the city centers of Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra and Larisa in Greece and provides cargo-bike deliveries for e-commerce clients. Finally, the word (.doc) file is the explanation memo for the excel files.
