Conventional Fisher’s exact or Chi-squared, and the Mann-Whitney tests were used to compare respectively categorical and continuous variables as appropriate. Statistical analyses were conducted with JMP v17. A p-value <0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. A multivariable logistic regression was performed, incorporating variables that exhibited significant differences in the univariate analysis.
