Procedures were performed 10-12 hours after extubation 3 times a day during 3 days after surgery. The 3rd group ( 30 people) is a control group. The following parameters were measured: SpO2, maximum inspiration volume (MIV) with used an incentive spirometer Coach-2 , and some volumetric parameters with used a portable spirometer Spiro Scout before and after every procedure on the 1st and 3rd days (on room air).
