Description

RNARNA-seq, also known as RNA sequencing, is a technique used to analyze the transcriptome of an organism. In this case, it refers to the analysis of RNA samples obtained from mud crab specimens that have been treated with either RNA-seqerastin or fer-1. This analysis aims to understand the changes in gene expression and identify any differentially expressed genes in response to these treatments.
