Description
Raw data in Excel and three supplementary tables pertaining to the pilot RCT of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) for youth with IBD and comrbid depression. Trial Hypotheses 1. MBCT intervention will be feasible and acceptable as indicated by the participants' MBCT program sessions attendance, recruitment and attrition rates, and participants’ MBCT group experiences. 2. MBCT intervention will result in significantly improved DASS depression subscale scores post intervention-at 8 weeks 3. MBCT will also decrease DASS anxiety and stress scores, and improve coping, IBD-related quality of life, post-traumatic growth, mindfulness, medication adherence, self-efficacy and healthcare empowerment. 4. MBCT intervention will be associated with decreased inflammatory burden
