Transcriptome of mouse model with L-arginine induced pancreatitis

Steps to reproduce

L-Arginine was injected intraperitoneally to C57BL6/J male mice (two injections at one-hour interval) followed by two-hourly subcutaneous injections of normal saline once a week for four weeks (chronic pancreatitis). Mice were euthanized post 7 days of last cycle of injections. RNA was isolated from these mice at each week and hybridized to mouse Clariom D array (Affymetrix).
