Description

In this compilation of data, we show how the grain size affects the critical twinning stress and work hardening in the CrMnFeCoNi high-entropy alloy. All the raw data and analysis can be found in the follwing folders, numbered according to their appearence in the corresponding research article: (1) Fig.01_BSE micrographs and optical images.zip: This folder includes the images used for the grain size analysis using the Heyn linear intercept method (2) Fig.01_EBSD.zip: This folder includes the raw data of the EBSD scans. The data are of the type .osc and can be opened with OIM Analysis. The exported color coded grain orientation maps are given in .jpg (3) Fig.02-06_tensile tests.opj: In this origin file you find all raw data of the tensile tests. Within the file you will find the tensile test images used for Fig.02 till Fig.06 (4) Fig.04-06_TEM_data.zip: In this folder you find the raw TEM images of type .dm3. These can be opend using the program DigitalMicrograph. Futhermore, all images were exported to .jpg images. (5) Fig.07_mechanical_properties: Here you find the origin file, which gives the yield stress, true uniform tensile strength, true uniform elongation, ducitlity and critical twinning stress for all investigated grain sizes
