Wild_Type includes data for the wild type (WT) system with all three methyltransferases (G9a, SETDB1 and SUV39H1/2) present at 100% concentration SETDB1_75: SetDB1 knocked down to a 75% concentration (with respect to WT) SETDB1_50: SetDB1 knocked down to a 50% concentration G9A_75: G9A knocked down to a 75% concentration G9A_50: G9A knocked down to a 50% concentration SUV_75: Suv39h knocked down to a 75% concentration SUV_50: Suv39h knocked down to a 50% concentration Rows contain data for the respective time steps Columns contain data for the respective H3K9 methylation states (0 = H3K9me0, 1 = H3K9me1, 2 = H3K9me2, and 3 = H3K9me3) For the ensemble averages, the rows represent time and the columns the abundance of each methylation state: (Column 1 is H3K9me0, Column 2 = H3K9me1, Column 3 = H3K9me2, and Column 4 = H3K9me3) As a note, H3K9me0 column starts at 100 and the H3K9me3 column starts at 2 due to the two pre methylated ones.
