This study evaluated the success rate of Karman aspiration cannula in evacuating retained products of conception after failed misoprostol treatment, without the need for additional hysteroscopy. We found that office aspiration for the management of residua after missed abortion, with no need for anesthesia or analgesia is a feasible solution that avoids operative time and costs. Data were abstracted from EMR.
