Steps to reproduce

UV-visible absorption spectra were recorded on a Shimadzu UV-2600 spectrophotometer, and fluorescence spectra were recorded on a Horiba Fluoromax-4 fluorescence spectrophotometer. The detailed morphology of the nanoparticles was obtained by transmission electron microscopy (TEM, JEM-1400F plus). Dynamic light scattering using Malvern Zetasizer Nano-S90 was used to determine the hydrodynamic diameter of the nanoparticles. Changes in temperature under the laser were recorded by FLUKE thermal camera. Nanoparticle trajectories were monitored by a self-constructed on-line digital holographic microscope (DHM). Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) characterization was performed using a confocal laser scanning microscope (Zeiss LSM7 DUO). MTT, LDH, and Elisa assays were performed using a Biotek ELX80 from Thermo Fisher Scientific. Flow testing was performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 flow cytometer.
