Description

This dataset contains job skill descriptions and requirements extracted from IT job advertisements in Indonesia. Each entry represents a skill, responsibility, or competency expected in IT-related job roles, covering areas such as software development (frontend and backend), database management, API design, DevOps practices, application maintenance, UI/UX collaboration, infrastructure and cloud deployment, quality assurance, troubleshooting, technical support, networking, system administration, and various technology stacks (e.g., Laravel, React, Docker, AWS, Golang, Python, SQL/NoSQL). The dataset is useful for analyzing industry skill demands, mapping academic curricula to job market requirements, identifying trends in IT competencies, and supporting research in education-to-employment alignment.

Steps to reproduce

This dataset consists of skill and responsibility descriptions collected from IT job advertisements in the Indonesian job market.
