Supplemental Figure 1. Visualization of RUVseq normalization methods. A principal component analysis (PCA) was done after normalization and the three biological samples for each circadian time (CT) clustered together correctly demonstrating little if any variability in the normalized dataset (A). Additionally, a relative log expression (RLE) was constructed to visualize each sample’s individual variability and much like the results from the PCA, each biological sample displayed little if any variability post-normalization (B).

Quality control was performed to exclude metabolites with Quality Control Relative Standard Deviation (QC RSD) less than 30%.

The present study has examined plasma metabolomic components with molecular weights < 1.5 kDa derived from rats with induced retinopathy in high oxygen concentrations in order to seek potential biomarkers for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). Metabolite information were showed in Metabolome_data.csv and SampleInfo.csv. A total of 122 metabolites were annotated. Detailed information were listed in Metabolite_annotation.csv.

Methodology files and statistical results

The uploaded files include the data of group velocities obtained by post-process of IQdata in all measurements to rabbits in each month. The raw IQ data will be provided upon request.

These data were our results of RNA sequencing and all differentially expressed genes.
