Using the concentrations of each pollutant measured on the routes, average journey times and previous measurements of commuter inhalation rates, the inhaled dose of each pollutant was estimated on each route.

The data file Commuter pollutant concentrations by route min averaged.csv shows meadured concentrations of these pollutants along the commutes for people either walking, driving or cycling, averaged to 1- minute time resolution (Commuter pollutant concentrations by route min averaged.csv).

These measurements were made using EarthSense zephyrs. The data file shows the concentrations of each pollutant measured along 4 different routes, averaged per trip. Along with these commuting measruements, metorological data was downloaded from the University of Leicester AURN AQ monitoring station and merged into the same file.
