Description

Genome-wide meta-analysis PLINK results for five echocardiographic determinations: Left Ventricular Mass (LVM) (g), End-Diastolic Diameter of the Aortic Root (AROT) (cm), End-Diastolic LV Internal Dimension (LVID) (cm), Left Atrial Size (LAS) (cm), and LV Wall Thickness (LVWT)(cm). Datasets included in the meta-analysis comprise: the Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) Study , the Cardiovascular Health Study (CHS) Cohort , the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA) Cohort and the Framingham study.
