Ning YuDescription
This dataset provides supplementary materials from the SPEECH registry, a prospective real-world cohort of 831 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis treated with biologic therapy in Shanghai, China. It includes study methods, baseline characteristics, longitudinal PASI response trajectory modeling, agreement with conventional efficacy endpoints, and subgroup analyses by IL-17A inhibitor status. The data support analyses of 52-week biologic treatment response patterns and clinical predictors of suboptimal response in psoriasis.
