Processed source data and analysis scripts for FOXF2-centered chr6 locus prioritization in CSVD-related phenotypes
Description
This dataset contains processed source data and analysis scripts supporting the manuscript "Locus-level integration prioritizes FOXF2 and FOXC1 as neurovascular candidate genes in cerebral small vessel disease-related phenotypes." It includes figure source data, table source data, supplementary tables, data source manifest and scripts used for regional association analysis, candidate-gene prioritization, QTL/colocalization summaries, fine-mapping summaries, GWAS Catalog annotation and brain vascular expression analyses.

Steps to reproduce
The dataset contains processed source data and analysis scripts supporting the manuscript. Original GWAS summary statistics and transcriptomic datasets were obtained from public repositories or study sources described in the manuscript. The processed figure source data, table source data and supplementary tables can be used to reproduce the reported regional association summaries, candidate-gene prioritization results, QTL/colocalization summaries, fine-mapping summaries, GWAS Catalog annotation summaries and brain vascular expression analyses. Available R scripts for the human and mouse brain vascular expression analyses and the combined Figure 4 are provided in the scripts folder. The full original GWAS summary statistics and full transcriptomic matrices are not redistributed in this dataset.
