Description

This dataset contains all supporting materials for the manuscript titled Research on Stratified Evacuation and Treatment Strategy Optimization of Emerging Infectious Disease Patients Based on Multi-Agent Simulation. It includes complete model source codes, full model parameter sets, raw PRCC sensitivity analysis data, original simulation output records, statistical calculation results, and all auxiliary tables referenced in the appendices. All files can be directly run and reproduced in MATLAB to replicate the multi-agent simulation, robustness tests, ablation experiments and baseline comparison results presented in the paper.

Steps to reproduce

1. Software environment preparation Install MATLAB R2025b or higher version; no extra toolboxes are required. 2. File arrangement Download all files from this dataset and place all codes, parameter tables and raw data in the same folder. 3. Parameter configuration Open the main script file, check and adjust model parameters in the parameter table (Appendix II of the manuscript) as needed. 4. Run simulation Execute the main simulation code to generate epidemic spread records, patient transfer logs and treatment performance indicators. 5. Result output All statistical indicators, objective function values and vehicle operation data will be automatically exported to Excel/Matlab data files, consistent with the figures and tables in the original manuscript.
