This dataset contains raw data used in generating figures in the article “Human condensin I and II drive extensive ATP-dependent compaction of nucleosome-bound DNA" by Kong and Cutts et al. Kymographs and movies (TIFF stacks) from single-molecule DNA curtain experiments can be opened and analyzed in ImageJ/FIJI.
