Machine-readable evidence base for a framework-building review of control-authority reconfiguration in embodied robotic systems: the frozen 18-query search register, the 10,092-record screening ledger, the 345-work evidence ledger with six set manifests, study-level field codes and coding-pass agreement analyses, admission-margin sweeps, an annotated study catalogue, the denominator-to-result map linking every published number to its source rows, and the generating scripts. No new experimental data. NR never means zero, absent, or safe; counts test field operability, not prevalence. See README.md for interpretation boundaries.
