This dataset contains the supplementary materials and study-level evidence coding underlying the Structured Evidence Audit reported in the associated review article. It includes the 25-study coding matrix, E0–E5 evidence-tier assignments, ECR, PCLR and NEUI classifications, strict-rule sensitivity analysis, traceability information, and supporting bibliometric data where applicable.
