Description

We performed a systematic review to identify and risk-stratify DRESS syndrome causal drugs. 610 studies (published from 1991-2022), including 2122 validated DRESS cases, attributed to 193 drugs, were included in the analysis. Drugs were labeled as "high," "intermediate," or "low" risk based on publication frequency. This dataset includes the review's detailed search strategy and complete list of inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as the major causal drug classes represented by included cases, and citations for all included studies.
