Description

Human Resources Management Software (HRMS) is continuously evolving, leading to the acceleration and simplification of processes related to managing, evaluating, and developing personnel within organizations. This study examines the impact of adopting an HRMS, such as Livrea, which includes features like continuous personal performance monitoring, coaching, and peer-to-peer feedback. The focus is on understanding how such tools influence organizational metrics. This experiment was conducted with graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in the PMMS and IPMSS courses at the University of Bologna in 2022. Students were assigned to different project teams and tasked with completing several grader group assignments. Participants were also required to take the Smart Got Talent (SGT) soft skill assessment and the 16 Personalities MTBI type test and access Livrea's "Magic Mirror" personal performance monitoring and coaching feature. The dataset presented here contains the results of a user satisfaction survey conducted among the users of the Livrea software. The survey comprises the following four questions: 1) How did you feel about the data resulted from Livrea ? 2) Do you find that the data presented (such as soft skills, gap, assigned role etc.) were in line with your profile? 3) How did you feel when you realised that you were BELOW the class' average compared to some Indicators? 4) How did you feel when you realised that you were ABOVE the class' average compared to some Indicators?
