Description

This code is the implementation of denoising Soft X-Ray tilt series slices. Please run the denoise_tomo.py file for denoising tilt series slices.

Steps to reproduce

For running the denoising model for soft X-ray tilt series, please use the denoise_tomo.py file. In line 25, please input the path for tilt series file. In line 43, please input the path for saving the denoised tile series file.
