Data for: A Non-Intrusive Data-Driven Surrogate for Parametric Wave-Based Room Acoustics: Performance Limits and Data Sparsity Challenges
Description
Finite-difference time-domain impulse responses, fitted reduced-order models, figure scripts and result tables underlying the article of the same name. Four full-order design sweeps are included: the BRAS S09 seminar room at parameter dimension d=3 (Smolyak level 2, 33 cases, impulse responses at receiver MP1 and across a 21x21 ear-plane grid of 441 receivers), a level-1 sub-design of the same room (13 cases), a Measurement Room sweep (33 cases), and the BRAS CR3 room at d=7 (Smolyak level 2, 241 cases, receiver MP1) together with the 100-case interior-Halton augmentation and 5 held-out truth cases used to close the d=7 forward-error gap. All runs share one solver configuration: fmax 1000 Hz at 6 points per wavelength, grid step 0.0572 m, 1.5 s impulse responses at 10402.7 Hz, air at 20 C and 50 % relative humidity. Also deposited are the proper-orthogonal-decomposition bases and fitted Gaussian-process surrogates built from those runs, one self-contained script per figure in the article (numpy and matplotlib only, each with its data bundled), and the numerical results behind every table, including per-fold leave-one-out errors and bootstrap confidence intervals. Room geometry and material data for the two BRAS rooms are not redistributed here; they are published under CC BY-SA 4.0 at https://doi.org/10.14279/depositonce-6726.3 and should be obtained and cited from that source. README.md documents the file layout, the array keys and shapes, and what is deliberately excluded.
