Description

This is a survey dataset for research on the impact of AI technology usage on the job performance of teachers in private colleges and universities. It comprises four measurement scales: the AI Technology Usage Scale, the Regulatory Focus Scale, the Employee Job Performance Scale and the Job Insecurity Scale, as well as basic demographic information.
