Contains the Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly Sequence Dataset of Myrciaria dubia "camu-camu" during seeds germination and initial growth of seedlings (until the first month). Sequences were assembled with the software Trinity v2.9.1 and Generate SuperTranscripts v2.9.1 . Also, in this dataset are included results obtained with BUSCO, TransDecoder, KAAS Annotation, and FunctionAnnotator Analysis.
