Description

This dataset contains raw and processed small RNA sequencing data generated from murine dendritic cell-derived exosomes (DEXs). DEX RNA was extracted from purified exosomes derived from immature bone marrow dendritic cells of BALB/c mice, assessed by fluorescence quantification and Qsep analysis, converted into three QIAseq small RNA libraries (DEXs1-DEXs3), and sequenced using an Illumina paired-end PE150 workflow. The deposited files include paired-end FASTQ files, MD5 checksums, sequencing and library quality-control reports, small RNA length distributions, Rfam/genome mapping summaries, miRNA count and TPM-normalized expression matrices, shared miRNA tables, target-gene prediction and experimentally validated target records, GO/KEGG/Reactome enrichment tables, summary figures, and an R workflow script for reproducible analysis. This dataset supports reuse and secondary analysis of exosomal miRNA profiles in studies of dendritic-cell extracellular vesicles, immune regulation, and osteoarthritis-related mechanisms.
