Data was collected using an online questionnaire, which was distributed to students. To ensure the voluntary participation of the participants, posters with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were placed in strategic locations around the university. These posters had a link and a QR code that directed interested students to the data collection platform. Students who met the inclusion criteria, participated voluntarily in the study and accessed the online questionnaire through the link or QR code provided. They were presented with a digital informed consent form, where the purpose of the study, the confidentiality of the data and their right to withdraw at any time were explained. Participants accepted the informed consent before proceeding to answer the questionnaire.
