This Excel workbook accompanies the article by Alonso-Villota and Arcos (2026), “A Metadata Analysis of 55 Databases and Datasets on Terrorism”, published in Perspectives on Terrorism. It contains the coded results of the metadata analysis conducted on the 55 databases and datasets on terrorism (DDTs) included in the study. The workbook is intended to facilitate access to the results of the analysis and to support the identification and comparison of DDTs according to their contextual characteristics, definitional clarity, raw-data sourcing, and methodological transparency.
