This dataset includes original data of the figures in both main text and the Supplementary Material., the dataset serve as a part of the manuscript from Liu et al. "Sources and enrichment mechanisms of lithium, rubidium, and cesium in magmatic geothermal waters".

Steps to reproduce

The data were gathered by collecting information from the literature. To ensure data quality, the cation-anion balance errors of all datasets were calculated. Data points with errors exceeding 20% were excluded from further analysis.
