Steps to reproduce

This study employed a descriptive-correlational research design to systematically describe the key variables and examine their predictive relationships. The descriptive component was used to determine the levels of research literacy, critical thinking skills, and decision quality among college instructors, while the correlational component assessed the strength and direction of the relationships among these variables. Additionally, predictive analysis was conducted to determine the extent to which research literacy and critical thinking skills influence decision quality. This design is appropriate as it allows for the analysis of existing conditions without manipulating variables, providing a realistic understanding of instructional decision-making practices.
