Description

Mouse Diversity Array Genotypes for the Hybrid Mouse Diversity Panel and Collaborative Cross. Collaborative Cross genotypes were imputed from haplotypes at the CC Genomes repository: https://www.csbio.unc.edu/CCstatus/CCGenomes/ versus the genotypes for the CC founders present on the MDA. MDA positions have been mapped from mm10 to mm39 using LiftOver.
